Tulsa HaulAway is a referral platform. We connect users in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area with local, third-party junk removal vendors who handle the actual hauling, disposal, and any related services. We do not provide junk removal services ourselves.

No warranty on third-party vendors

While we make reasonable efforts to refer you to local, licensed, insured vendors, we do not guarantee the work performed by those vendors. The contractual relationship for the actual junk removal job is between you and the vendor — not between you and Tulsa HaulAway. Disputes about the job (pricing, scope, quality, damages) should be resolved with the vendor directly.

Pricing

Any pricing ranges shown on this Site are estimates based on typical jobs in the Tulsa metro. Actual pricing is provided by the vendor after they understand the specifics of your job. Quotes are not binding until you and the vendor confirm them.

Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person;
• Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape content programmatically, or interfere with site operations;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property
